You will leave each session with clear next steps. The time between sessions is a great time to reflect so that we can keep momentum and make the most of our time together.

  • Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you bridge the gap between where you are now and where your want to be. As your coach I hold you as creative and resourceful, supporting you to set meaningful goals and take action. Together we’ll uncover what you truly want, strengthen your focus and create sustainable change.

  • You can expect me to:

    • support your vision and goals

    • provide structure and tools that help you make conscious choices

    • invite you to step beyond your current limitations

    • be an objective listener and truth-teller, giving you straight feedback with care.

  • To the the most from coaching you’ll need to:

    • take responsibility for your results

    • show up fully to each session

    • take action between sessions

    • be honest with yourself and with me - even if it feels uncomfortable

  • Life happens! If you need to re-schedule please provide 24 hours notice. Missed sessions without prior notice (except in emergencies) cannot be carried forward and there will be no reimbursement.

  • I charge 75 euros/hour. Fees are paid in advance. The Coaching Journey (10 sessions) is payable in 5 instalments of 150 euros each.

Why I do this work

This work didn’t begin as a plan. It found me.

In my last role before stepping fully in to coaching, I worked with someone whose insight and self-awareness stayed with me. She saw something in me that I hadn’t fully recognised in myself at the time, and encouraged me to explore coaching - even offering to invest in it before I truly believed it was the path for me.

That moment changed everything.

Through coaching I came to understand myself on a much deeper level - I found my own North Star and got clear in what truly fulfills me. And what became undeniable is that what I care about most is uplifting others to be the best versions of themselves.

I am incredibly grateful for that nudge - it shaped the direction of my life and the work I now get to do every day.
